Terms of service

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms govern the use of the online store (the "Service") operated by BLEI ("we", "us"), as agreed between us and each customer who uses the Service (the "User").

By using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Account registration)

Some functions of the Service are available without registering an account. Registering additionally gives access to features such as order history and favourites.

Users who wish to register shall agree to these terms and register in the manner we specify.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, Users shall not:

• act in breach of laws or public order and morals
• engage in conduct connected to criminal activity
• infringe the intellectual property, likeness, privacy, reputation or other rights or interests of us or any third party
• place an excessive load on the network or systems of the Service
• act in a way that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• collect or store personal information about other Users
• impersonate another User
• advertise, promote, solicit or conduct business on the Service without our permission
• engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users where we judge that any of the following applies:

• maintenance, inspection or updating of the computer systems behind the Service
• provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power failure or natural disaster
• computers or communication lines stop due to an incident
• we otherwise judge that providing the Service is difficult

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We accept no liability for transactions, communications or disputes arising between a User and another User or third party in relation to the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to the Service)

We may change the content of the Service or discontinue it without notice to Users, and accept no liability for any damage this causes Users.

Article 7 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms at any time without notice to Users where we judge it necessary. Amended terms take effect when posted on this site.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan.

Any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our head office.
