We ship with Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express or Japan Post. You can't specify which carrier is used.
Delivery times
We ship within 3–7 business days of your order being confirmed. Delivery then takes roughly 1–3 days.
Stock levels, destination, weather and traffic can all cause delays. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering.

We can ship to an address other than the billing address, so gift orders are welcome.
